EN 15322 Certification
EN 15322 Standard defines the general principles for the description of cutback and diluted bituminous binders. This standard provides a framework for specifying cutback and diluted bituminous binders suitable for the construction and maintenance of roads, airports, and other paved areas. The EN 15322 standard applies to both unmodified and polymer-modified bituminous cutback and diluted materials.
All the properties of the cutback and diluted bituminous binders listed in Table 2 must be classified according to the appropriate classes in Table 3, Table 4 Part A, or Table 4 Part B, and Table 5. When specifying a cutback and diluted bituminous binder, the appropriate class must be selected for each technical requirement.

Assessment and verification of constancy of performance – AVCP
The compliance of cut back and fluxed bituminous binders with the requirements of this standard and with the performances declared by the manufacturer in the DoP (Declaration of Performance) shall be demonstrated by:
- determination of the product type
- factory production control by the manufacturer, including product assessment
It is at AVCP system 2+ conformity approval level within the scope of the Construction Products Directive (305/2011/EU) for CE marking of cut-back and fluxed bituminous binders
Factory Production Control System (FPC System)
The manufacturer shall establish and continuously implement a Factory Production Control System (FPC System) in accordance with the EN 15322 standard. This system ensures that products undergo quality control at every stage. FPC surveillance audits are carried out once a year.
The FPC system, factory production control system documentation, shall provide a common understanding of the assessment of performance continuity and shall enable the achievement of required product performances and the effective operation of the production control system to be controlled. Procedures shall include regular inspections and tests and/or evaluations and the use of these results to control raw materials and other incoming materials as well as components, equipment, the production process and the product. All elements, requirements and provisions accepted by the manufacturer shall be systematically documented in the form of written policies and procedures. Therefore, factory production control brings together operational techniques and all measures that ensure that the conformity of the product to the declared performance characteristics is maintained and controlled.
Acceptance criteria for incoming raw materials shall be documented. All test equipment shall be calibrated according to documented procedures, frequencies and criteria. Personnel performing work affecting the performance of the product must be competent based on appropriate education, training, skills and experience, and records must be kept of this.
Have written procedures that specify how to handle nonconforming products. Nonconforming products must be recorded, and if the product does not meet the acceptance criteria, the necessary corrective actions must be taken immediately. Nonconforming products or batches must be isolated and properly identified. After the error has been corrected, the test or verification in question must be repeated. The results of the control and test must be recorded appropriately. The product description, date of manufacture, test method, test results and acceptance criteria must be entered into the records under the signature of the person responsible for the control/test.
The manufacturer must have documented procedures for corrective actions to prevent recurring errors and eliminate the cause of nonconformities. Have procedures that specify the methods of product handling and provide appropriate storage areas to prevent damage or deterioration.
